Types of Personal data I hold
I hold the following types of data: name, email address, postal address, phone numbers, information on products or services bought, received or enquired about and video or photo testimonials.
I don’t store data on ‘sensitive’ information such as race, religion, sexual orientation. However if you attend one of my events I may temporarily store information on access needs and dietary requirements.
Why I hold this data and how I use it
I hold this data because you have, bought a product or service from me /given me your details in exchange for a free product or service / opted in to my mailing list or given me permission to add you to my list. I use this data for staying touch with clients, marketing and research.
Where data is stored
I store contact data securely on my mac Address Book, and also via the following reputable and safe companies: MailChimp and ActiveCampaign.
In addition, if you have bought a product or service from me, partially encrypted data is stored via the following reputable and safe companies: Stripe and Paypal in the same way it would be for anything you buy using a credit card from other companies.
If you attend a webinar with me that you signed in to your email address is stored via Zoom.
Who processes the data I store
I process data as well as my PA who also sends out my invoices and therefore has access to names, addresses and emails of my clients. This data is stored securely. No-one else can access the data.
Accessing and deleting your data
If you want to see what data I hold on you, as required by law I will provide it to you within one month. If you request deletion or removal of personal data, I will of course consider the grounds for the request and take appropriate action.
